烘焙： 炭火，中烘焙 medium roast，咖啡豆在第一次全面爆裂就收工。
Ethiopia 的古老优良品种 heirloom，优质的保证。
吸引我的是來自 Gedeo地区，和 SCAA 評分 83.25。
SCAA 的评分在80以上，方可歸纳为精品咖啡。
